This 4 bedroom house will easily accommodate a family of 5
people or less. Located on the Île Ste-Thérèse in the
St-Luc area in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, in a quiet
neighborhood. About 5 min. from the Highway 35 via the 2nd
bridge of the Île au Nord, and approx. 16 min. from the
Haut-Richelieu Hospital via the 1st bridge of the Île au
Sud, according to the time of day.
NO ANIMAL, NO SMOKERS. Please take note of the "Règlements
d'immeuble" before the visit.
Near the bike path of the Canal Chambly, halfway between
St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Chambly. Of course, we see
bicycles and pedestrians, but also skaters, skateboards,
scooters and more. On the water, kayaks, canoes, paddle
boards, windsurfing boards, rowboats, pleasure craft, small
sailboats, etc.
Boating enthusiasts will be able to take their boat into
the water from the St-Jean Marina or from a Nautical Center
at the Bassin de Chambly to access the Riv. Richelieu to
the North or Canal Chambly going up river to St-Jean to the
South.
