This is rented as a single family house of 5 bedrooms can
easily accommodate a FAMILY with several children, (not a
CLAN).
The 5th bedroom includes a bar area with sink, also
includes a shower room area with toilet, a double wardrobe
completes the space. PICTURES TO COME.
It is forbidden to add a kitchen stove because the space is
not suitable for this purpose. Therefore not in accordance
with municipal requirements nor those of the insurer. An
offender will expose himself to eviction.
Located on Île Ste-Thérèse in the St-Luc area of
St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, in a quiet area within walking
distance of the bike path of the Canal Chambly strip. About
5 min. in car from the Aut-35 via the 2nd bridge of the
Île au Nord, and about 16 min. from the Hôpital du
Haut-Richelieu via the 1st bridge of the Île au Sud,
according to the time of day.

Located at Île Ste-Thérèse, halfway between downtown
St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Chambly. In summer, we see
bicycles, pedestrians, roller skaters, skateboards,
scooters and more. On the water, kayaks, canoes, "paddle
boards", windsurfers, rowboats, pleasure craft, small
sailboats, etc.
Boaters will be able to take their boat into the water from
the St-Jean Marina or a Nautical Center of the Bassin
Chambly to access the Riv. Richelieu, respectively to the
South and to the North.

Municipal zoning by-laws or the insurer do not allow the
use of an intergenerational dwelling or an accessory
